About the Brand & the Role

We are leading this recruitment search on behalf of the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), one of the most relevant global organizations dedicated to advancing innovation management practices. Through cutting-edge certification programs and a global network, GIMI empowers leaders worldwide to drive impactful change. The candidate selected for this role will be hired directly by GIMI as a full-time team member. Our role is strictly to manage the talent acquisition process to connect them with the most qualified profile for their needs.

The Role

• Position: Marketing & Communications Coordinator

• Type: Full-Time (3-month initial trial period)

• Start Date: As soon as possible

• Compensation: USD 1.800

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learning Management System (LMS) Management Operations

• Create and manage new exams in new language versions within the LMS.

• Conduct psychometric analysis in all GIMI exam

• Develop and manage courses, including duplicating courses and assigning them to relevant categories.

• Monitor and manage user activity, generate reports, and enroll users in exams.

• Ensure the LMS is up-to-date with the latest features and functionalities.Manage proctoring services and related operational procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 17024 standards and organizational policies.

• Administer the issuance of certificates and the use of certification marks and logos, ensuring adherence to established policies.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication with program stakeholders regarding any changes or updates to the certification process, serving as the primary contact for ISO 17024-related inquiries.

2. Learning Management System (LMS) Management Strategy

• Create a GIMI master academy where all courses are standardized

• Refine and create dashboards and leaderboards for GIMI academies

• Lead the growth and updates of GIMI LMS

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of PHP, CSS for design purposes, and excel, google sheets

• Proven experience managing Moodle - Learning Management Systems, particularly in EdTech or certification bodies.

• Practical knowledge of the standards, requirements, and compliance of ISO 17024

• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with committees and diverse stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
